GT500 series motor intelligent monitoring device

一、概述

GT500系列電機智能監(jiān)控裝置主要功能為操作交流電動機控制回路中的接觸器,實現(xiàn)電機的起停操作,支持電動機的直接起動、雙向起動和星三角起動,并針對過熱、過負荷、堵轉、欠流、不平衡、接地、漏電、欠壓、過壓、晃電等故障對電動機予以保護,此外可實現(xiàn)測量、告警、顯示、通訊等功能,適用于交流50Hz、額定電壓至400V(660V)、額定電流1A~600A的交流電動機。該產品是我公司按IEC國際標準開發(fā)的智能化、網(wǎng)絡化、數(shù)字化低壓電機保護控制裝置。采用模塊化設計結構,產品體積小,結構緊湊,安裝方便,可分散式安裝全面實現(xiàn)保護、測量、控制一體化。

二、方案:

1.全中文液晶操作面板單元,高清晰寬溫帶藍背光LCD中文菜單顯示屏顯示操作、查看、參數(shù)設置等更加直接,精度更高;

2.可編程輸入及自定義輸入13路,可編程輸出及自定義輸出5路,可滿足工控現(xiàn)場的不同工藝聯(lián)鎖要求;

3.監(jiān)控裝置0~600A額定電流規(guī)格均自配套相應的電流互感器。為用戶降低設備成本;

4.測量功能:三相電流、漏電電流和三相電壓(可選),并且可檢測電動機預置熱敏電阻阻值(可選);

5.顯示功能:顯示電動機的工作電流、電壓,顯示已經積累熱量和熱敏電阻值,顯示接觸器和斷路器的工作狀態(tài),顯示電動機的工作狀態(tài)和所有保護、告警狀態(tài);

6.事件記錄及查詢功能:記錄故障跳閘時的故障類別、跳閘時間、故障變量;

7.歷史記錄及查詢功能:記錄電機的起停時間、起動電流、總的起停次數(shù)和故障跳閘次數(shù)。

8.可以通過輸出模擬量4~20mA的方式與DCS系統(tǒng)連接把電機運行參數(shù)傳送出去,構成分布式綜合電力監(jiān)控統(tǒng);

9.通過RS485接口,Modbus-RTU通信協(xié)議與多種微機工控組態(tài)軟件實現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡通訊;

10.所有的保護動作信息、遙信、遙測、遙控均可通過通訊實現(xiàn)。

三、通訊系統(tǒng)

通訊系統(tǒng)主要由位于中央控制室的上位機和位于控制現(xiàn)場的GT500系列電機智能監(jiān)控裝置組成遠程通訊。采用RS485 遠程通訊接口,支持 MODBUS-RTU等多種通信協(xié)議規(guī)約,波特率可設置(9600bps出廠值),通訊距離可達 1200 米。系統(tǒng)可同時對多達247臺的電機

智能監(jiān)控裝置的各種保護參數(shù)進行修改、設定、數(shù)據(jù)傳輸、起停操作、數(shù)據(jù)記錄和對電動機的工作狀態(tài)及參數(shù)動態(tài)顯示;對故障進行醒目的聲光報警。  

I. overview

Two, program:

1. all Chinese LCD panel unit, high definition, wide, temperate blue backlight, LCD Chinese menu display, display operation, view, parameter settings, etc., more direct, higher accuracy;

2. programmable input and custom input 13 way, programmable output and custom output 5 way, can meet the industrial process of the different process interlocking requirements;

3. monitoring device 0 ~ 600A rated current specifications are matched with the corresponding current transformer. Reduce equipment cost for users;

4. measurement function: three-phase current, leakage current and three-phase voltage (optional), and can check the motor preset thermistor value (optional);

5. display: display current, motor voltage, display has accumulated heat and thermal resistance value display contactor and the working state of the circuit breaker, display the working state of motor protection, and all alarm status;

6. record and inquiry function: record the breakdown type, trip time and fault variable when the fault trip;

7. record and inquiry function: record the start and stop time of motor, starting current, total start stop times and failure trip times.

8., it can connect with the DCS system through the analog output 4 to 20mA, and transfer the motor operation parameters to form a distributed integrated power monitoring system;

9. through the RS485 interface, Modbus-RTU communication protocol and a variety of microcomputer industrial configuration software to achieve network communication;

10. all protection actions, remote information, telemetry and remote control can be realized by communication.

Three, communication system

The communication system is mainly composed of an upper computer which is located in the central control room and a GT500 series motor intelligent monitoring device which is located on the control site. Adopt RS485 remote communication interface, support MODBUS-RTU and other communication protocol protocol, baud rate can be set (9600bps factory value), communication distance of up to 1200 meters. The system can operate as many as 247 motors simultaneously

Various protection parameters of intelligent monitoring device are modified, set up, data transmission, start and stop operation, data recording and dynamic display of the working state and parameters of the motor, and the alarming sound and light alarm is carried out.
